Our workshop
Workshop & production process
Every unit is built in our workshop in Cillincing — from choosing the container to the final inspection — and you are welcome to come and see it for yourself.
Containers are selected, cut, framed, insulated, wired and finished by our own team, so the quality of every stage can be checked before the unit is shipped to your site.
Process
The production stages of every unit
Consultation & design
Your requirements become a floor plan and working drawings: size, doors, windows, electrics and finish.
Choosing the container
New, one-trip or grade A used containers are inspected: frame, floor, doors and rust.
Cutting & framing
Door and window openings are cut and reinforced with steel framing so the structure stays rigid.
Painting
Surfaces are cleaned of rust, primed with anti-rust paint and finished in your chosen color.
Insulation & inner walls
Walls and roof are insulated, then covered with interior wall panels and a ceiling.
Electrics & fittings
Cables, breakers, sockets, lights and AC points are installed to the working drawings — plus plumbing for toilets or kitchens.
Floors, doors & windows
Floors are covered (vinyl, carpet or tiles), then doors, windows and canopies are fitted.
Final check & delivery
The unit is checked for leaks, electrics, doors and windows. Once it passes, it is ready for delivery and handover.
