Warranty & after-sales
A written warranty & after-sales service
Every unit comes with a written warranty. After handover our team stays with you: warranty claims, routine servicing, repairs and even relocating the unit.
Warranty
A written warranty for every unit
Every unit is handed over after a function test with you, complete with warranty documents.
- 1-year structural warranty
Container frame, walls, floor and roof.
- 6-month installation warranty
Electrical, plumbing, doors and windows.
- Function test at handover
We inspect the unit with you, then hand over the warranty documents.
To keep the warranty valid
- Keep your warranty document or order/invoice number.
- Report any damage as soon as you find it, with photos or a video.
- Use the unit as intended and follow the maintenance guide on this page.
- Repairs or modifications by third parties need our approval for the warranty on that part to remain valid.
Not covered by the warranty
- Damage caused by natural disasters, floods, fire or accidents.
- Damage while the unit is moved or lifted by a third party.
- Normal wear, such as faded paint, hardened door seals or scratches from use.
- Third-party electrical equipment such as air conditioners or water heaters — covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
- Use outside the intended purpose or loads beyond capacity.

FAQ
Questions about warranty & service
How long is the warranty?
The warranty period for each part is listed above and in your unit's warranty document. It runs from the handover date.
Do repairs outside the warranty cost extra?
Yes. For damage not covered by the warranty we send you a cost estimate first; work starts once you approve it.
What about rental units?
For rental units, maintenance and repairs follow the terms of the rental agreement. Report any damage via this form or WhatsApp.
How quickly are claims handled?
We reply to reports on the same or the next working day. The repair schedule is agreed after inspection, depending on the type of damage and the unit's location.
