Terms & conditions
Rental terms
- Minimum rental period of 1 month; discounts apply automatically from 3 months.
- Payment in advance: first month's rent + deposit + mobilization fee.
- The deposit is refunded in full after the unit is inspected upon pick-up.
- The rental fee includes structural maintenance & repairs for normal wear and tear.
- The site must be accessible to trucks & cranes/forklifts.
- The renter must take care of the unit; damage caused by negligence is the renter's responsibility.
- Prices exclude 11% VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Rental extensions can be requested no later than 14 days before the rental period ends.

Rental FAQ
Questions about renting
What is the minimum container rental period?
The minimum rental is 1 month and the maximum is 12 months, which can be extended. The longer the rental, the bigger the discount — up to 7% for a rental of 12 months.
What does the rental fee include?
The rental fee covers the unit as specified and structural maintenance. Mobilization (delivery & pick-up), add-ons such as air conditioning or furniture, and VAT are charged separately — you can simulate all of these in the rental calculator.
Is there a deposit for rentals?
Yes. The deposit is Rp 10,000,000 per unit for 20 ft containers and Rp 20,000,000 per unit for 40 ft containers; for other sizes, it equals 1 month's rent. The deposit is refunded in full once the unit has been picked up, inspected, and found to be in good condition.
Can a rental unit be purchased during the rental period?
Yes. Part of the rent already paid can be credited toward the purchase price (rent-to-own program). Contact our team for a simulation.
Do you deliver outside Java?
Yes, we deliver throughout Indonesia by land and sea. Delivery costs are calculated based on location, unit size, and site access.
How does payment work?
For purchases: 50% down payment on order, 40% before delivery, and 10% after handover. For rentals: advance payment of the first month's rent, deposit, and mobilization. Special payment terms are available for corporations & government agencies.
What needs to be prepared on site?
Level, compacted ground (or simple pad footings/a concrete base), road access for trucks and cranes, and power and water supply if needed. Our team will carry out a site survey before delivery.
