Toilet container

General

What is a modified container?

A modified container is a steel shipping container converted into a building such as an office, house, café, toilet, or warehouse — complete with insulation, windows, doors, electrical wiring, and interior finishing.

How long does production take?

Ready-stock units can be shipped within 1–10 working days. Standard-design units take 2–5 weeks to produce, while custom or multi-container designs take 5–8 weeks depending on complexity.

Do I need a building permit (IMB/PBG) for a container?

Temporary use (projects, events) generally does not require a PBG building permit. For permanent buildings such as houses or cafés, we recommend consulting your local government. Our team can help prepare the required technical drawings.

Can the design be customized to my needs?

Yes. You can choose a standard design, modify a standard design (add windows, a toilet, partitions, or new colors), or create a fully custom design with our team of architects and engineers.

Rental

What is the minimum container rental period?

The minimum rental is 1 month and the maximum is 12 months, which can be extended. The longer the rental, the bigger the discount — up to 7% for a rental of 12 months.

What does the rental fee include?

The rental fee covers the unit as specified and structural maintenance. Mobilization (delivery & pick-up), add-ons such as air conditioning or furniture, and VAT are charged separately — you can simulate all of these in the rental calculator.

Is there a deposit for rentals?

Yes. The deposit is Rp 10,000,000 per unit for 20 ft containers and Rp 20,000,000 per unit for 40 ft containers; for other sizes, it equals 1 month's rent. The deposit is refunded in full once the unit has been picked up, inspected, and found to be in good condition.

Can a rental unit be purchased during the rental period?

Yes. Part of the rent already paid can be credited toward the purchase price (rent-to-own program). Contact our team for a simulation.

Products & Materials

Do containers get hot inside?

Not if they are properly insulated. All our modified units use glasswool or rockwool insulation in the walls and roof, along with a ceiling and ventilation, so the room stays at a comfortable temperature — even more so with air conditioning.

How long does a modified container last?

With regular anti-rust paint maintenance, a modified container can last 20–25 years. We provide a 1-year structural warranty and a 6-month installation warranty.

What is the difference between New, One-Trip, and Used Grade A condition?

New units are built from a new frame; One-Trip containers have been used for only one shipment, so they are almost new; Used Grade A containers are selected used containers that have passed watertightness and structural inspections — the most economical choice for modification.

Delivery & Payment

Do you deliver outside Java?

Yes, we deliver throughout Indonesia by land and sea. Delivery costs are calculated based on location, unit size, and site access.

How does payment work?

For purchases: 50% down payment on order, 40% before delivery, and 10% after handover. For rentals: advance payment of the first month's rent, deposit, and mobilization. Special payment terms are available for corporations & government agencies.

What needs to be prepared on site?

Level, compacted ground (or simple pad footings/a concrete base), road access for trucks and cranes, and power and water supply if needed. Our team will carry out a site survey before delivery.
