A 40ft container on the ground floor and a 20ft container on the upper floor combine to create a professional-looking two-story office with an open rooftop. The structure is calculated by our engineering team and comes with steel stairs and safety railings.

What is the minimum container rental period?
The minimum rental is 1 month and the maximum is 12 months, which can be extended. The longer the rental, the bigger the discount — up to 7% for a rental of 12 months.
What does the rental fee include?
The rental fee covers the unit as specified and structural maintenance. Mobilization (delivery & pick-up), add-ons such as air conditioning or furniture, and VAT are charged separately — you can simulate all of these in the rental calculator.
Is there a deposit for rentals?
Yes. The deposit is Rp 10,000,000 per unit for 20 ft containers and Rp 20,000,000 per unit for 40 ft containers; for other sizes, it equals 1 month's rent. The deposit is refunded in full once the unit has been picked up, inspected, and found to be in good condition.
